We understand that when you require support with your personal care and daily living it can be difficult, you might worry about losing your independence. We will respect your needs and dignity at all times and will provide only services which you have specifically asked for in your care and support plan, helping you stay as independent as possible in the peace and comfort of your own home.
- Personal care - Washing and dressing - struggling with that shower? Or would you just feel better knowing there was someone else around in case you need them?
- Help with medication - We can prompt or administer your medication, we can help you monitor blood sugar levels, we can also collect your medication from the pharmacy should you require.
- Preparing wholesome, nutritious meals – Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner we can help you prepare or cook it for you should you choose.
- General household tasks such as washing the dishes, dusting, laundry, ironing and vacuuming- We are happy to help you with domestic chores.
- Shopping or running errands such as picking up your prescriptions.
- Changing the bed linen – Fancy clean sheets once a week? Let’s put it in your care plan.
- Palliative care – we know what a hard time you and your loved ones will be going through, we are able to assist and work alongside the Macmillan Cancer Support team.
- Support with getting to and from appointments. All of our carers have business car insurance and are happy to take you to appointments or to meet family and friends.
- Sleeping or waking nights - carers can stay with you at home overnight, just in case you wake and need the toilet, a drink, or to help turn you over in bed.
- Companionship – Nobody should be lonely. If you fancy a cuppa and a chat we can certainly help with that too!
- Catheter and Stoma care.
- Peg feeding.

So how does it work?

No Obligation Assessment
Contact us for a free, no obligation assessment. Once you have contacted us one of our Client Coordinators will arrange a suitable time and day for you to have an assessment. The Client Coordinator will come to your house and meet with you and your family to discuss your requirements and how we can help you. This normally takes around an hour. You will discuss things like, allergies, medications, preferred times, GP details as well as your likes and dislikes. Your hobbies and interests. Invoicing & funding details will also be obtained. You will also be left with our brochure so you can take time to think things over.
Plan Your Care Package Within 48 Hours
Once you have had your assessment and have confirmed you wish to start, our Client Coordinators will create your plan and let you know when we can start. We aim to start all our care packages within 48hrs, however we can be flexible if that’s too soon. Inside your plan you will have all the details about you which you have provided to us, as well as all the details about us, this will include all our contact details – Office telephone number, on call out of hours number and company email addresses and access details to the Family portal.
Match A Staff Member To Suit Your Needs
Matching you with our staff. We will try to match you with your requirements as much as possible, so if you’re living with dementia our staff will be trained in dementia. If you’re an animal lover and have pets, our carers will also love pets! If you’re sporty and love the football, we have staff who do too!
