Our fully staffed office and out of hours service we also have a Family portal where we record what we have been doing in your visits. This secure and GDPR compliant system allows Family members and designated health care professionals such as your GP to have real time access to your care plan. Family members are also able to leave messages for the office. This provides extra peace of mind for those family members who may live a little further away and aren’t able to visit as often as they would like or are in different time zones.

All of our staff are directly employed, which means we take care of their remuneration and training. This also means we can continually monitor their performance and refresh their training; keeping their skills relevant and up to date ensuring you get the highest quality care you deserve.

So how does it work?
Once you have contacted us one of our Client Coordinators will arrange a suitable time and day for you to have an assessment. The Client Coordinator will come to your house and meet with you and your family to discuss your requirements and how we can help you. This normally takes around an hour. You will discuss things like, allergies, medications, preferred times, GP details as well as your likes and dislikes. Your hobbies and interests. Invoicing & funding details will also be obtained. You will also be left with our brochure so you can take time to think things over.
