Haslemere Homecare Services

Home Care provision in the Midhurst area

As a trustworthy and well established Home Care Services provider serving Midhurst in West Sussex, we are perfectly placed to assist local people with their needs.

Proudly independent, we have an impressive reputation for home care provision in the area, assisting people throughout Midhurst as well as nearby towns and villages including Easebourne, West Lavington, Stedham and Henley. We provide bespoke care and companionship for adults in their own homes, allowing them to retain their independence.

We are very proud of our Home Care team members, many of whom have been individual finalists regional Care Awards. Anyone hoping to join us undergoes thorough enhanced criminal records checks and protection of vulnerable adult checks before they start work in our team.

In short, we always remember the “parent test”. In other words, we would never employ someone who we wouldn’t want to care for our own parents!

We therefore employ all of our carers directly, vet them stringently and never use agency staff. We continually monitor the performance of our team members and keep their training up to date, keeping their skills relevant. This means we ensure that you receive the highest quality care from every one of our team members.

Our Family portal records what we have been doing in your visits. This is a secure and GDPR compliant system which allows Family members and designated health care professionals like your GP to access your care plan in real time if needed.

Admitting that you may need support with your personal care and daily living can be difficult. You may be concerned about loss of independence or privacy, for example. We respect your needs and dignity at all times, only providing services which you specifically requested in your care and support plan.

This means you can remain in the peace and comfort of your own home and be as independent as possible.
