Home Care Services in Bordon and nearby
If you’re looking for an established and trustworthy Home Care provider in the town of Bordon in Hampshire, we are ideally placed to help you. We are independently owned, well established and have an impressive reputation for our home care services. We help people throughout Bordon and nearby villages such as Lindford, Headley, Whitehill, Kingsley and Headley Down, providing carefully tailored, bespoke care and companionship to adults in their own homes.
Many of our Home Care staff have been individual finalists in the Surrey Care Awards, as well as achieving company and team placements, and we are very proud of their accomplishments. All our team members undergo thorough enhanced criminal records checks and protection of vulnerable adult checks before they start working for us. We always keep in mind that most important test of all – “The parent test”. In other words, we never employ anybody who we wouldn’t want to care for our own parents!
Leading on from this, we never use agency staff- we employ all of our carers directly, so we directly look after their remuneration and training. This means we can continually monitor their performance and refresh their training, keeping those all-important skills relevant and up to date. All of this means that you get the highest quality care from us.
Our office personnel are also trained carers, so you will always receive professional care and support from someone who has passed all our training, recruitment and selection checks.
Deciding that you need support with your personal care and daily living can be difficult. For example, you may well be concerned about loss of independence. Being mindful of these concerns, we respect your needs and dignity at all times and provide only services which you specifically asked for in your care and support plan. As a result, you can stay as independent as possible in the peace and comfort of your own home.
“I have been meaning to contact you since last Monday when my father died to say how extremely grateful I am that I reached out to you when I did.
“You and your whole team were nothing other than kind, compassionate, respectful and sympathetic. They made the swift process of John dying bearable. I don’t know how you all do such a challenging job, but we were pleased to have met so many charming and skilled people.
“With very many thanks to you and your team” – Catherine
