Lisa Kemp 

Owner/ Director

Lisa founded the company in 2011. Lisa started her career in care over 15 years ago. Lisa has gained many qualifications in care including her level 4 RMA in Health and Social care. Palliative care level 3 and Dementia care level 2. Lisa is passionate about providing the highest quality person centred care.

Lisa Palmer

Registered Manager

Lisa has the day to day responsibility of managing Haslemere Homecare.  Lisa started her professional career in care in 2008 as a domiciliary carer, then a care coordinator. Lisa joined the team at Haslemere Homecare in March 2017.  Lisa studied Psychology with the Open University, Holds an NVQ 3 in Health and Social Care and has recently completed a level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Health and Social Care. Lisa is committed and passionate about improving care standards and enriching the quality of life for our clients.

Jeanette Pack

Quality Assurance Manager

Jeanette ensures quality remains at its best, dealing with any compliments or complaints we receive. Jeanette has 28 years experience within the care industry and started Haslemere Homecare in 2013 as a support worker. Jeanette progressed through the company and was promoted to Quality Assurance Manager in August 2016. Jeanette has a range of qualifications within the industry with her most recent being a diploma level 5 in Leadership and Management for Health and Social Care.

Nicole Jansz

Client Coordinator

Nicole joined Haslemere Homecare in 2015 as a support worker. Nicole was promoted in 2016 to Supervisor and in 2017 was promoted to Client Coordinator. Nicole’s job role is to assess new clients in their homes and at local hospitals, meeting with families and introducing Haslemere Homecare as a company.  Nicole holds various qualifications including an NVQ3 in Health and Social Care, The effective team leader/supervisor and the NCFE level 2 certificate in common Health conditions.

Ben Grimshaw

Care Coordinator

Ben joined the team in 2017.Ben’s job is to coordinate clients visits, assist Nicole in client assessments and reviews and being part of the on call management team. Ben is currently studying for his Level5 Diploma in Health and Social Care.

Ryan Palmer

Care Coordinator

Ryan joined the team in 2017 as a support worker and progressed to supervisor then to coordinator in 2018.As well as coordinating the client calls; Ryan carries out client reviews and is part of the on call management team.
